Learning the fundamentals of Reiki (Energy healing) is super interesting and empowering. Energy surrounds us. We are energy! A flow and balance of energy is within us and all around us. Yes, life happens and we can have deficient channels (chakras) in our body or even excess. Excess energy can manifest to create dis-ease, and imbalance within your body. However, this can always be healed. Whether you choose Reiki, Journaling, counselling, yoga, swimming, dance...the list goes on.
One thing I do know is to find things that you love! When life gets busy or you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed...do something for you! Make your own heart happy, whether it is a 30 minute ski after work, a walk with a friend, or sitting down to read a book. Your body and mind will thank you!
Please ensure to prioritize your own health and wellness so you can in turn care for others in your life and be your best self! Be proactive and try not to wait until your body forces you to slow down. Listen intuitively to what you need and choose happiness. Take a deep breath, and connect within. Always keep laughing, because to me laughter is contagious. Most importantly love unconditionally, forgive those that have hurt you and most importantly love yourself so you can love others, too.
